The B.C. Rich Kerry King Signature V features Canadian hard maple neck through construction, a maple body, and a Kahler X tremolo. The maple body swirls with intense tribal graphics and the rosewood fingerboard is tricked out with large diamond inlays. EMG-HZ humbucking pickups deliver all the roaring tone Kerry King is famous for. 24 jumbo frets and a 25-1/2" scale allow for blazing fast fingering action. An ominous Widow headstock adds the finishing touch to the wicked looks. PA2 preamp gives you a 0-20dB boost without changing your tone. Quickly kick up your levels for a lead or drive a long cord without losing high frequencies.

Neck-Through Construction
Neck Through construction is used on the Kerry King Signature V because it provides the best possible sustain, resonance, comfort and access to higher frets. Neck-through has long been considered the premium construction method for high-end guitars. This construction starts with a long piece (or pieces) of premium North American maple. That piece runs from the tip of the headstock to the strap button on the opposite end of the guitar. This means that the headstock, fingerboard, pickups and bridge all are mounted to this single sound foundation. Sonically it is a difference you can hear. The neck-through construction also allows deeper cutaways, providing comfort no bolt-on or set-neck could offer.

EMG-81
The EMG-81 bridge pickup is a high output pickup designed especially for the lead guitarist. The 81 is at its best for high volume overdrive and amps with a master volume. Whether you're playing power rock and roll, or overdriving your amp, there's a razor sharp attack, and incredible sustain for brilliant soloing. If you're looking for exceptional qualities in a rock pickup, the EMG-81 is the one.

The EMG-85 pickup in the neck position is the perfect complement to the EMG-81 in the bridge. It's string interface lend itself to a more natural tone perfect for rhythm. The EMG-85 boasts loads of output without becoming muddy.

Flat Top
The Kerry King Signature V is constructed with a flat top. The flat top styling gives a bold and pristine look to the edge of the instrument's shape. The binding on a flat top finishes off the edge cleanly and gives a sleek and clean look to the instrument.

The Chuck Schuldiner Tribute Stealth has arrived!

B.C. Rich took great care in designing the Chuck Schuldiner Tribute-a Stealth guitar that can proudly represent Chuck's legacy and the indelible mark he left on the death metal genre. Chuck played several B.C. Rich guitar models throughout his short but meaningful career. The most recognized of them had to be his black single pickup, neck-through Stealth guitar. In purposeful style, Chuck laid down many creative and ferocious riffs on his B.C. Rich guitars that launched him into metal icon status. Now it's your turn to play tribute to a legend. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this tribute guitar goes directly to the family of Chuck Schuldiner.

Neck-Through Construction
B.C. Rich is known as one of the pioneers in neck through construction. They use it on many of their guitars, because it provides the best possible sustain, resonance, comfort and access to higher frets. The neck-through construction also allows more of the body and neck to be cut away at the neck joint, which provides comfort no bolt-on or set-neck could offer. You will find the neck through feature on all top of the line B.C. Rich models.

Dimarzio Pickups
Dimarzio Super Distortion
This pickup started a sound revolution. Replacement pickups simply didn't exist before the invention of the Super Distortion in the early Seventies. The Super Distortion (and its original 3-conductor version, the Dual Sound) was the first pickup specifically designed to kick a tube amp into total overdrive, and is still the standard by which all other high-output pickups are measured. The Super Distortion has a perfect blend of power and tone: both single-notes and chords jump out of the amp and fill the room (or the track) with a wall of sound. The balance of tones is classic-thick, boosted mids, big lows and fat highs. This is the sound you've heard for over three decades on platinum records, from players as varied as Ace Frehley, Al Di Meola and Paul Gilbert. It's also versatile: 4-conductor wiring allows instant access to Strat-like split and series-parallel modes. Discover what thousands of great players know: the Super Distortion is the best all 'round high-power pickup ever made. Recommended For: The Super Distortion is primarily a bridge position pickup, although it can be used in the neck position with a relatively low-gain amp. Specifically designed for solid-bodies: hollow and semi-hollow guitars can be hard to control with warm, high output pickups. Tech Talk: When first built, the Super Distortion was a one-conductor pickup. As a 4-conductor pickup, it's extremely versatile. Coil-splitting produces a very Strat-like option, both in tone and power. Parallel wiring is similar to splitting, but it's still humbucking and a little more hollow-sounding; Paul Gilbert used to use two Super Distortions wired in parallel when he was in Racer X.

Dimarzio X2N
The X2N is a "take-no-prisoners, in-your-face" humbucker. Twin, wide-bar pole pieces give the X2N a nasty, dangerous look-and rightly so. Our highest gain pickup was created to push tube amps into total overdrive. Put one in the bridge position for a powerful jolt to the voltage the amp sees from your guitar. The result is a sound that can only be described as blistering. The magnetic field of the X2N is very powerful and focused. It captures the character of whichever guitar it's in. If your guitar is warm sounding, the X2N will act like a sledgehammer. A bright-sounding guitar will go into total scream mode. And the X2N still has versatility: single-coil and series-parallel modes are particularly effective, because the X2N pickup's power gives these sounds more authority than is possible with weaker humbuckers. Recommended For: Bridge position on solid body guitars. Tech Talk: The X2N works in any situation where maximum power and overdrive is required. The dual blade polepieces create a very even, balanced sound. The X2N works best in combination with higher-output pickups. It can also combine well with the Fast Track 1, Chopper and Pro Track. The split option is very effective, because a single X2N coil has similar performance parameters to many Strat-type pickups.

Beveled Top
Most of B.C. Rich body styles employ a beveled edge around the shape. In many ways bevels on a top are similar to facets on a cut stone. They catch the light and reflect at different angles giving the instrument more of a three dimensional look.

Most faithful to the classic Bich 10-string.

Rich's neck through design, and a solid mahogany body and contrasting wood stringers. In addition to their eye-catching appeal, these instruments are designed for function.

It's controls include 2 volume knobs, a tone knob, a 3-way toggle, 5-way chicken head tone filter, two coil tap switches and one reverse phase mini switch.

Rockfield Mafia Pickups: The Rockfield Mafia pickup is the perfect choice for that warm, overdriven tone that has made some of the world's leading guitarists famous. These custom high output pickups cut through any mix with loud and proud authority, all the while maintaining extreme balance and note definition. The overall tone is clear and rings true in any format with booming low ends and crisp mids and highs that are now again what timeless music is made from.

Years ago B.C. Rich introduced the 10-string guitar to the world. Revolutionary in that it had the typical 6-string headstock, but it had an additional 4 strings that terminated in reverse at the headstock and went to tuners on the end of the body. Due to its totally huge sound and construction, the B.C. Rich 10-string has been seen on rock stages adorning pros such as Slash and Joe Perry. However until now, these 10-string instruments were only offered as handcrafted B.C. Rich instruments.

B.C. Rich Perfect 10 Bich 10-String Electric Guitar Features:

  • Body wood: Mahogany with spalted flamed maple/ebony stringers
  • Neck: Neck-thru/24 frets

Loaded and ready to fire!

The B.C. Rich ASM Pro is an electric guitar with EMG pickups, a Floyd Rose Original tremolo and neck through construction. The ASM Pro is one serious professional level guitar! Other great features include Grover tuners and an ebony fretboard.

Neck-Through Construction
B.C. Rich is known as one of the pioneers in neck through construction. They use it on many of their guitars, because it provides the best possible sustain, resonance, comfort and access to higher frets. Neck-through has long been considered the premium construction method for high-end guitars. This construction starts with a long piece (or pieces) of premium North American maple. The neck-through construction also allows more of the body and neck to be cut away at the neck joint, which provides comfort no bolt-on or set-neck could offer. You will find the neck through feature on all top of the line B.C. Rich models.

EMG-81 (bridge position)
The EMG-81 is a high output pickup designed especially for the lead guitarist.

EMG-85 (neck position)
Although the EMG-85 has more measurable output than the 81, its frequency response and string interface are different. The 85 uses two Alnico magnet loaded coils with a wide aperture to maintain a beefy low end and a fatter top end. Because of a more natural tone, it works great as a rhythm and blues pickup because it has loads of output but isn't muddy.

The Assassin was introduced in 1986. It was a double cutaway that was a departure for the odd shaped models that B.C. Rich was known for up until that time. In 1986, there were other double cutaways that B.C. Rich began making with various headstocks, pickup configurations, controls and finishes. The ASM model was one of these double cutaways but was introduced much later. There was an ASM 1 and ASM 2, with slightly different shapes and point shapes, but the more pointed and sleek model eventually settled in as the standard ASM shape. The Outlaw originally had holes drilled in the upper bout, but later models were more traditional looking, they were mostly bolt on necks like most of the double cutaway B.C. Rich guitars.

B.C. Rich ASM Pro Electric Guitar Features:

  • Construction: neck-through
  • Body wood: Alder
  • Top style: flat top
  • Tuners: Grover

    Fretboard: ebony
  • Frets: 24 jumbo
  • Scale: 25 1/2"

The B.C. Rich Mockingbird ST features maple neck through construction, a nato mahogany body with a AAA quilted maple veneer, and a Floyd Rose Original tremolo. It's equipped with Rockfield Mafia Pickups, coil tap switches, reverse phase switch and the 5-position tone knob. Inspired by a Mockingbird that a certain top hat wearing legend plays, the Mockingbird ST is, in many ways, very true to the original.

Neck-Through Construction
Neck-Through construction is used on the Mockingbird ST because it provides the best possible sustain, resonance, comfort and access to higher frets.

Rockfield Pickups - Mafia
Bridge Pickups
The use of a ceramic magnet gives any pickup extra power due to the increased magnetic field they provide. This feature makes the Mafia pickups produce a hotter and thicker tone that's really aggressive and full. The increased low end, thick mids and in your face highs is what rock and roll was built on! Balanced and full of sustain this pickup is a great representation of its namesake, a truly intimidating killer.

Neck Pickups
The neck version of the Mafia pickup is just as full sounding as the bridge position, without taking away from what has already been accomplished. Very minor modifications to the overall design and design concept of this pickup gives it punchy, bold tone with the same aggressive characteristics as the bridge version. A tad brighter with a little less output really takes this pickup into the smooth and warm realm of the tonal spectrum. All while maintaining that balanced bite and in your face aggressive tone that the Mafia is known for!

A hyper-aggressive axe!

Features a nato mahogany body with maple neck-through construction. With cutting scalloped lines, vertebrae inlay, a twin rail pickup in the neck and a HOT Rockfield Fat Ass pickup in the bridge the Draco looks and sounds just plain mean.

Neck-Through Construction
Neck-Through construction is used on the Draco V because it provides the best possible sustain, resonance, comfort and access to higher frets.

Rockfield Pickups - Fat Ass and Twin Rail
Bridge Pickup - Fat Ass
Aggressive in its own right, the Rockfield Fat Ass bridge pickup was designed for a specific group players in mind: those with crazy, super acrobatic playing styles. The ones at the gig that make everything look so effortless and easy. As you watch in amazement you say, "Man I need to practice" or, "That's it, man, I quit!" This pickup's custom designed bobbins house larger pole pieces that help transfer string vibration from pulls, bends and leads so the user gets less tonal drop off, better articulation and note definition. The Rockfield Fat Ass has a well balanced overall tone that is mean and bold with major sustain, huge bottom end and cutting mids and highs that jump out at you. Each note is full and rings true from this pickup while you take advantage of a look that is just plain mean and in your face.

Neck Pickup
Great pickup for Bridge or neck but designed to complement the Fat Ass bridge pickup in the neck position. This twin rail pickup, like the bridge position Fat Ass has a full round tone that helps transfer string vibration from pulls, bends and leads so the user gets less tonal drop off and better articulation and note definition. This is made possible by the custom designed bobbins that house the larger pole pieces. Custom wound with a little less bite but still just as aggressive, this pickup has great balance and sustain with a huge low end response and mids and highs that scream and cut for a tone that is truly inspiring.

Flat Top
The Draco V is constructed with a flat top. The flat top styling gives a bold and pristine look to the edge of the instrument's shape. The binding on a flat top finishes off the edge cleanly and gives a sleek and clean look to the instrument.

B.C. Rich Draco V Electric Guitar Features:

  • Construction: neck-through
  • Body wood: nato (eastern mahogany)
  • Body thickness: 45mm
  • Top style: extremely beveled

    Headstock style: SOB Beast

The ASM Exotic Classic Deluxe cuts no corners! With an exotic spalted or AAA quilted maple top with ebony stringers, neck-through construction, ebony fretboards and stringers and coil-tapped Rockfield Mafia pickups, this may be the ultimate BC Rich flat top!

Neck-Through Construction
Neck-through construction is used on the Mockingbird ST because it provides the best possible sustain, resonance, comfort and access to higher frets. The neck-through construction also allows deeper cutaways, providing comfort no bolt-on or set neck could offer.

Rockfield Mafia Pickups
The Rockfield Mafia pickup is the perfect choice for that warm, overdriven tone that has made some of the world's leading guitarists famous. These custom high output pickups cut through any mix with loud and proud authority, all the while maintaining an extreme balance and note definition. The overall tone is clear and rings true in any format with booming low ends and crisp mids and highs that are what timeless music is made from.

Flat Top
The Exotic Classic Deluxe Assassin is constructed with a flat top. The flat top styling gives a bold and pristine look to the edge of the instrument's shape. The binding on a flat top finishes off the edge cleanly and gives a sleek and clean look to the instrument.

The B.C. Rich Classic Deluxe is Eagle Electric Guitar is truly both classic and deluxe. Classic neck-through construction with deluxe appointments. A quilt maple cap and full thick pearl inlays and binding create a strikingly unmistakable appearance while Rockfield SWV pickups, Grover Imperial tuners and a Tone-Pros bridge deliver equally striking sonic recognition! A white pearloid eagle in flight graces the ebony fretboard.

Neck-Through Construction
Neck-Through construction is used on the Classic Deluxe Eagle because it provides the best possible sustain, resonance, comfort and access to higher frets. Neck-through has long been considered the premium construction method for high-end guitars. This construction starts with a long piece (or pieces) of premium North American maple. That piece runs from the tip of the headstock to the strap button on the opposite end of the guitar. The neck-through construction also allows deeper cutaways, providing comfort no bolt-on or set-neck could offer.

Rockfield Pickups SWV
SWV Bridge Pickups
SWV is short for Select Wound Vintage. Everybody has them. Why? Because they kick butt! This is where some say it all started and came from. A changing of the guard, if you will, in the future engineering of guitars and guitar pickups. If it wasn't for the original Patent-Applied-For design, who knows where we all would be? With all that being said, this pickup rings true of that vintage tone with of course, a Rockfield twist. Specific people in the know were asked and shared herds of info about how the originals were made. That along with Rockfield's knowledge made for a great combination and a tonal blast from the past. A warm singing and smooth replication of classic Patent-Applied-For style tones that are clear and ring like church bells on Sunday afternoon.

SWV Neck Pickups
This pickup is perfect in the neck position of any guitar where there is a need to get warm, thick vintage Patent-Applied-For tone. This versatile neck position pickup takes from its vintage brethren a unique and bold tone that is smooth, warm and balanced from top to bottom. The Rockfield SWV neck position humbucker is sweet and full with great lows, mids and ringing highs.

Beveled Top
The Classic Deluxe Eagle Electric Guitar employs a beveled edge around the shape. In many ways, bevels on a top are similar to facets on a cut stone. They catch the light and reflect at different angles giving the instrument more of a three dimensional look.

B.C. Rich Classic Deluxe Eagle Electric Guitar Features:

  • Construction: neck through
  • Body wood: nato (eastern mahogany) with 18mm arched maple cap and AAA quilted maple veneer top

The B.C. Rich Assassin PX3, featuring a licensed Floyd Rose Tremolo and Rockfield SWV pickups, is one screaming mean Assassin! A maple neck through a deeply arched, nato mahogany body with white binding, an ebony fretboard featuring 24 jumbo frets and a white, pearloid bird skull inlay are just some of the highlights of this guitar that absolutely oozes inspiration. Black hardware, revolver control knobs, ebony fretboard and a deep onyx finish top off the subdued all-business appearance.

Neck-Through Construction
B.C. Rich is known as one of the pioneers in Neck-Through construction. They utilize it on many of their guitars, because it provides the best possible sustain, resonance, comfort and access to higher frets. Neck-through has long been considered the premium construction method for high-end electric guitars. This construction starts with a long piece (or pieces) of premium North American maple. That piece runs from the tip of the Assassin PX3T's headstock to the strap button on the opposite end of the guitar. This means that the headstock, fingerboard, pickups and bridge all are mounted to this single sound foundation. Sonically it is a difference you can hear. The neck-through construction also allows deeper cutaways at the neck joint which provides comfort no bolt-on or set-neck could offer.

Deep Arched Top
A deep arched top is used on the B.C. Rich Assassin PX3T guitar. The deep arch is achieved by increasing the body center by approximately 5/8" and then gently sloping the arch toward the side of the instrument and leveling out just as the slope reaches the edge. A deep arch top when applied to a B.C. Rich shape gives an air of elegance and sophistication.

A monstrously powerful set of features for killer sound and looks.

The Warbeast NJ Deluxe electric guitar from B.C. Rich boasts an ebony fretboard and full pearl binding on the headstock, neck and body. Other deluxe features include neck-through constuction, EMG pickups and a Floyd Rose Original Tremolo.

This means that the headstock, fingerboard, pickups and bridge all are mounted to this single sound foundation. Sonically it is a difference you can hear.

Flat Top
Some of the B.C Rich shapes are offered with a flat top. The flat top styling gives a bold and pristine look to the edge of the instrument's shape. Usually when the flat top feature is used, B.C. Rich adds a stripe of single or multi-ply binding around the edge in a complementary color. The binding on a flat top finishes off the edge cleanly and gives a sleek and clean look to the guitar.

The Rise of The Warbeast
What do you get when a ruthless Warlock picks a vile Beast to bear its spawn? A Warbeast of course! The twisted minds at B.C. Rich combined the ultra-in-your-face upper and lower horns from the Beast with the more comfortable rear of a Warlock - there's a joke in there somewhere... The Warbeast however, is not joking! Ripping the heads off of lesser axes - the Warbeast is on the prowl.

B.C. Rich NJ Deluxe Warbeast Electric Guitar Features:

  • Construction: neck through
  • Body wood: Mahogany
  • Top style: flat top
  • Tuners: Grover

    Fretboard: ebony
  • Frets: 24 jumbo
