Each amp model's parameters are fully adjustable and can be stored for instant recall at the touch of a button.

The front panel of the LowDown LD15 features 3 Smart Control FX, offering a variety of tonal options unprecedented in a 15-watt bass amplifier. The Filter delivers a funky wah sound inspired by the baddest envelope filter on the planet; Chorus is transparent, smooth, and expressive, but maintains the low-end of the signal; and Octaver, producing a single note one octave below the note played, adds a powerful vibe to any jam.

Old school tube sound blended with new technology.

The Markbass Classic 300 is an all-tube bass amp head that is a beautiful example of how old and new technology can and should work together. The Classic 300 bass amp's heart beats with the power of JJ Electronics tubes-2 ECC83 preamp tubes, 2 ECC99 tubes, and 6 KT88 power tubes-which give you the warmth and fullness of the great old amps that are now aging or retired. But times have changed, and this bass head comes with a brain: a futuristic onboard microprocessor re-biases your tubes every time you start up the Markbass Classic amp. This allows you to customize your bias adjustments, and tells you if and when any tubes need to be replaced. Tube amps used to be finicky and unreliable. Now you won't have any nasty surprises during a gig, and you'll know exactly when and how your tubes need to be serviced. To top it off, the Classic 300 bass head puts out a loud 300 watts of power. It also has a 4-band EQ, plenty of I/O, and a 2 X 16 LCD screen which can be used as a VU meter or for displaying other important parameters you choose.

Solid-state preamp and analog power.

The Markbass Little Mark 250 bass amp head is a high-quality bass amplifier with a solid-state preamp and an analog power amp. The Little Mark 250 delivers 250W of power into a 4 ohm cabinet, or 150W into an 8 ohm cabinet. This Little Mark has a 4-band EQ, Markbass' VLE (Vintage Loudspeaker Emulator) and VPF (Variable Pre-shape Filter) filters, as well as both Gain and Master volume controls. The front panel accepts both a passive or active bass 1/4" input, as well as a balanced XLR input for acoustic bass pickup systems or a microphone. On the rear panel you'll find a Neutrik Speakon combo jack output that accepts both Speakon or 1/4" speaker cable as well as a second 1/4" speaker out jack. You'll also find a balanced XLR out, unbalanced tuner out so you can tune as you play without passing your signal through pedals, and a Send and Return Effect loop which saves you from losing your signal if one of your pedals dies or a cable in the chain gives out.
